Michaela Farm is a supported ministry of the Sisters of St. Francis, Oldenburg. It is a farm using natural farming practices offering vegetables, fruit, eggs from chickens who are cage free and free range. They sell honey, nuts, herbs and other local goods. The farm has undergone major changes in the last few months. The greenhouse now has a concrete floor to better regulate heat and cut down on labor. The chickens have a second coop housing a second flock of chickens in order to increase the number of eggs available for purchase on a more consistent level. AND the farm store, which used to be in two places, has been moved to a convenient and accessible place with a new refrigerator and plenty of room for produce and other goods. Go to the Michaela Farm page of this website to see pictures of the transformation. You can visit the store 8:00 AM to dusk any day. You are always welcome!
